Fully automatic mix and feed high output grinder for fresh or tempered meat. Hopper has a 500-pound mixing capacity. The speed of the conveyor feed screw is adjustable to allow exact control of product flow to the grinder feed screw. The frame and body are made of stainless steel for long life and easy cleaning. Mixing paddles, conveyor feed screw and feed box are made of stainless steel. Moving parts such as the mixer paddle assembly, conveyor feed screw and grinder feed screw are easily removed without tools for cleaning. The interior of the tub is smooth stainless steel and easily cleaned. Standard accessories include adjustable legs, spurt guard, spanner wrench, and parts list and instruction manual. The machine is supplied with complete electrics for voltage specified at time of order.

The model 56 machine uses a 56-size plate (6" barrel, 6" plate). The cutting group is made of hot dipped tin finished cast iron (stainless steel available). The machine utilizes a 25 horsepower grinding motor, 5 horsepower mixing motor and 5 horsepower conveyor motor transferred through separate heavy-duty gearboxes. Grinding capacity of 12,000 + pounds per hour.

The model 66 machine uses a 66-size plate (6" barrel, 8 5/8" plate). The cutting group is made of hot dipped tin finished cast iron (stainless steel available). This machine utilizes a 30 horsepower grinding motor, 5 horsepower mixing motor and 5 horsepower conveyor motor transferred through separate heavy-duty gearboxes. Grinding capacity of 15,000 + pounds per hour. 

The model 66S machine uses a 66S size plate (8 5/8" barrel, 8 5/8" plate). The cutting group is made of hot dipped tin finished cast iron (stainless steel available). This machine utilizes a 40 horsepower grinding motor, 5 horsepower mixing motor and 5 horsepower conveyor motor transferred through separate heavy-duty gearboxes. Grinding capacity of 30,000 + pounds per hour. Optional equipment to accommodate bone collection systems without sacrificing production is available.
