They produce hamburgers, medallions, meatballs, sticks and special shapes. They can be fed with mixtures of red or white meat, even mixed with other ingredients: vegetables, oil, cheese, breadcrumbs… Efficient, versatile, safe, reliable, compact, easy to maintain. For supermarkets, hypermarkets, collective catering services, butchers, packaging centres and the food industry.

Maximum safety! Our hamburger forming machines are fitted with all useful devices for increasing the safety level; the glass panel covers all moving parts and gives maximum visibility of the process in progress.

 



Patented! The stainless steel tank is completely removable to facilitate cleaning. All the components that come into contact with meat or the other mixtures are approved for use with foods, in compliance with the HACCP procedure.
